Current Keymap
I have been exploring a transition from a 3x6+3 Corne layout to a 3x5+2. I may wind up sticking with +3, but I like having a +2 layout for the one Corne I have that has rotary encoders in the outermost thumb positions. I have been using the now otherwise-unused outer pinky columns on my current Corne boards as mode activation keys for task-specific layer-locked applications like browsing Discord and controlling the pointer.
I generally test new changes in ZMK and later port them to QMK if I like them enough.
